Observing Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month
Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month is observed annually between Sept. 15 and Oct. 15. According to National Hispanic Heritage Month.gov, the month recognizes the history and accomplishments of those with ancestry from Spain, Mexico, Central and South America and the Caribbean. UCLA Trust Building
UCLA’s new downtown Los Angeles hub
The UCLA Trust Building, also called the UCLA Downtown property, was acquired in June 2023 as part of a larger series of acquisitions strengthening UCLA’s ties to the Los Angeles area. According to a UCLA Newsroom article, the Trust Building will house 31 new programs, which are slated to begin operating in 2024 and 2025.
