UCLA football coaches

According to the UCLA Athletics UCLA football coaches page, there are different levels of coaching positions for the Bruins; the coaching staff includes the head coach, associate head coach, assistant head coach, eight assistant coaches and football director.
Head coach - DeShaun Foster
Foster was named the head coach in February 2024. Before that, the UCLA alumnus and former National Football League (NFL) player was the 2023 assistant head coach of the team.
Associate head coach (offensive coordinator) - Eric Bieniemy
Bieniemy was named the associate head coach and offensive coordinator in March 2024 and is a two-time Super Bowl champion.
Assistant head coach (passing game coordinator/safeties) - Brian Norwood
Norwood has been part of the UCLA staff since January 2020 and is focusing on coaching the Bruin safeties in 2024.
Assistant coach (defensive coordinator/inside linebackers) - Ikaika Malloe
Malloe has been part of the coaching team since December 2021 and switched to coaching on the defensive line in the 2023 season.
Assistant coach (offensive line) - Juan Castillo
Castillo became an assistant coach and offensive line coach in March 2024, with previous coaching experience in the NFL.
Assistant coach (wide receivers) - Erik Frazier
Frazier was named assistant coach and wide receivers coach in March 2024, a part of Foster’s added coaching team when he was promoted.
Assistant coach (tight ends) - Jerry Neuheisel
Neuheisel was named tight ends coach for the upcoming 2024 season, with previous experience as the wide receivers coach since January 2021.
Assistant coach (running backs) - Marcus Thomas
Thomas returned as running backs coach in March 2024 after working in Westwood between 2019-2021 and leaving in 2022.
Assistant coach (defensive line/outside linebackers) - Tony Washington Jr.
Washington Jr. joined the football coaching staff as the defensive line and outside linebackers coach in January 2024.
Assistant coach (quarterbacks) - Ted White
White joined the coaching staff as assistant coach and quarterback coach in March 2024 with previous coaching experience in the NFL.
Assistant coach (special teams coordinator/cornerbacks) - Kodi Whitfield
Whitfield became the cornerbacks coach in January 2023 and is now the special teams coordinator assistant coach for the upcoming season.
Director (football performance) - Keith Belton
Belton became part of the coaching staff in March 2021.
