Knott’s Berry Farm

Located in Buena Park, California, Knott’s Berry Farm is one of the major theme parks in the Los Angeles area. The park has several thrilling roller coasters like GhostRider and Montezooma’s Revenge, and for those uncomfortable going on intense roller coasters, there are also fun activities like meeting the animals at the Livery Stable.

Knott’s Berry Farm also has unique theme park food for guests to try: the park has pulled-pork tater tots and original Berry Farm label jams and jellies for sale.

Universal Studios Hollywood

This well-known theme park is located in the San Fernando Valley area. Its most exciting roller coaster is the Revenge of the Mummy - The Ride, while Flight of the Hippogriff is a less intense option with just as much fun. 

Universal Studios Hollywood also has immersive areas in the park like Harry Potter World and Super Mario Bros. World, and guests can even go behind the scenes of a working film studio.
