Preparing for commencement early will allow graduating students to enjoy their ceremonies with ease and create long-lasting memories. Here are some final steps for graduating students to take before commencement day:
Check the UCLA commencement 2023 schedule
In 2023, there will be over 70 commencement ceremonies taking place between May and June, with the majority of ceremonies held between June 11-18. These ceremonies include college and department commencements as well as celebrations organized by student groups. Before inviting friends and family to commencement, graduates should check the commencement schedule through the link below to confirm the location, date and time for their ceremonies:
Check email for commencement ceremony tickets
From May 20 to June 15, the Central Ticket Office will send UCLA commencement 2023 tickets via email messages from cto@tickets.ucla.edu. All of the commencement tickets are electronic. For the College of Letters and Science Commencement ceremonies, students will receive their graduate tickets and guest tickets in separate emails. Students will also receive department or professional school ceremony tickets in a separate set of emails.

Get graduation regalia
Graduation is not complete without the classic cap, gown, tassel and sash. Shop graduation regalia in-person at Graduation Etc., located on A-Level of Ackerman Union, or order online through the link below.
Associated Students UCLA (ASUCLA) lends a hand to help make the commencement ceremonies run smoothly; ASUCLA is hosting several ceremonies in 2023 throughout the facilities of Kerckhoff Hall and Ackerman Union.
And to support day-of guests, the UCLA Store will also provide water and flowers for guests throughout the weekend at various locations on campus — just look out for the Bruin blue, “UCLA Store” tent.
