Happy 11/11 to those who celebrate! Not only is 11/11 considered an angel number (a series of numbers that can have significance to a person) but 11:11 or 11/11 is said to be a time to fulfill your wishes!
So, while we are in the middle of midterm season, it is normal to feel stressed, anxious and overwhelmed; however, affirmations and energy shifts can help lift the mood! Keep reading for some UCLA affirmations, written by students, to help through exam season.

My GPA does not define me.
♡ I will go to my TA’s office hours.
♡ It is okay to cry.
♡ I will not skip my 8 a.m.
♡ I will not start this essay the day before it’s due.
♡ I am not having a mental breakdown.
♡ UCLA does not regret accepting me.
♡ I can lock in for more than five minutes.
♡ I can write more than one sentence before taking a break.
♡ I recognize these negative emotions, but I do not let it define me, my work or my abilities.
