Los Angeles meeting rooms

Easy-to-book meeting rooms right on the UCLA campus

Los Angeles meeting rooms are available for reservation at UCLA through Associated Students UCLA (ASUCLA). Book meeting rooms with ASUCLA Event Services through the link below.

ASUCLA has a variety of meeting rooms available for booking; room sizes range from one of the largest ballrooms on the west side of Los Angeles to small meeting rooms which seat around eight people. Out of all the Los Angeles meeting rooms on UCLA campus, ASUCLA contributes eight. There are also two mixed-use spaces, which may be further broken down into five meeting rooms if needed.

To begin a reservation for Los Angeles meeting rooms at UCLA as an off-campus client, one will need to create an account with ASUCLA to register all booking information to accommodate a visit, which can be made through the link above.

Ackerman Student Union

Ackerman Student Union has larger meeting rooms like the Bruin Viewpoint Room and Bruin Reception Room, which are great for hosting discussions, meetings, presentations and more. These rooms are ideal for large meetings; the Bruin Viewpoint Room fits up to 130 seats theater style, and the Bruin Reception room has a maximum capacity of 220 people with an open floor plan.

Groups of 20 and under can reserve one of the six smaller meeting rooms on the second and third floors of Ackerman Student Union. Each room comes with a projector and a whiteboard to utilize during a meeting. The second floor rooms also have TV screens, which can be connected to personal devices for group presentations.

To help visualize the spaces before making reservations, photos and interactive 360-degree views of the Ackerman Student Union rooms are available through the link below.

Kerckhoff Hall

Kerckhoff Hall, a gorgeous gothic brick building which neighbors Ackerman Student Union, also houses further options for Los Angeles meeting rooms. The Kerckhoff Hall State Rooms provide a simple setup of chairs, tables, a whiteboard and a projector. There’s also a divider which can split the room into two if less space is needed.

The Kerckhoff Board Rooms offer smaller, quaint spaces for more intimate gatherings. These rooms are all available for booking, which can be previewed through the button below.
