Conference space for rent

Book a UCLA conference space for rent in two easy steps

A conference space for rent is available on the UCLA campus with Associated Students UCLA (ASUCLA). The ASUCLA conference rooms are located in Ackerman Union and Kerckhoff Hall, in the heart of the UCLA campus. Reserve a conference space for rent from ASUCLA through the link below.

Booking a conference space with ASUCLA is easy — just follow these two steps:

Step one: Choose a conference space for rent that best fits your needs. ASUCLA offers a wide variety of rooms which can be previewed using the event gallery, linked in the button below.

Ackerman Meeting Rooms: ASUCLA has six meeting rooms on the second and third floor of Ackerman Union, some rooms seating about 10 people and other options up to 20. Each room comes with a projector and/or a whiteboard. For those who want a more high-tech visual aid option, reserve the available room with a TV screen, located on the second floor.

Viewpoint Conference Room: This larger meeting room in Ackerman Union seats 32 people comfortably. The room is equipped with a whiteboard, projector and podium for speakers to use, and the room can be split into two by a divider if less space is needed.

The Kerckhoff Hall State Room: Located in Kerckhoff Hall, this meeting space seats 32 people and has a whiteboard and projector for group use. Like the Viewpoint Conference Room, there’s a divider that can split the room into two for more private gatherings.

The Kerckhoff Board Rooms: There are two Kerckhoff Board Rooms, both located in Kerckhoff Hall. The smaller room seats around eight guests and has a whiteboard, projector and a TV screen. The larger room seats 24 around a long table and its stained glass windows, chandeliers and dark wood paneling on the walls create an elegant feeling for more formal meetings.

For large conferences of more than 100 guests, ASUCLA can rent out the Bruin Viewpoint Room, which fits up to 130 seats theater style, and the Bruin Reception Room, which has a maximum capacity of 220 people with an open floor plan. Those planning even larger events can look into booking the Ackerman Grand Ballroom, which has a maximum capacity of 1,200 people in a theater style set-up and 1,500 people in an open floor plan.

Step two: Contact the ASUCLA Event Services Team.

The ASUCLA Event Services team can be reached by email at reserve@asucla.ucla.edu or by phone at (310) 206-0832. Or visit the Information Window in Ackerman Union, A Level, during drop-in hours of Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Once the ASUCLA Event Services team has been contacted, a team member will go over the space availability and other logistics to finalize the reservation.
