Ultrabloom concert hosted on the Kerckhoff Coffeehouse Patio

Put on by the Undergraduate Students Association Council (USAC) Campus Events Commission (CEC) with Associated Students UCLA (ASUCLA) Event Services support, the annual event kicked off Memorial Day weekend with Electronic Dance Music (EDM) from 7-10 p.m. for all UCLA students to enjoy.

Simulating a rave, this event not only activated the use of the Kerckhoff Coffeehouse Patio for its first large-scale concert; it also marked the return of Ultrabloom to an outdoor venue since 2018.

“It was exciting to see students fill the space of Kerckhoff Coffeehouse Patio for the Ultrabloom concert,” said Roy Champawat, ASUCLA Student Union director. “ASUCLA is honored to have supported CEC’s annual event.”

In years past, CEC collaborated with ASUCLA Event Services to host the Ultrabloom concert for student enjoyment in Ackerman Grand Ballroom, and separately, UCLA Recreation spaces.
