To make a UCLA study room reservation, UCLA students can access available spaces through the UCLA Library webpage. Making a UCLA study room reservation

To make a study space reservation, visit the UCLA Library calendar system that provides space availability for all of the campus libraries, labs and study spaces. Simply find the desired location, select the date and time under the available openings, fill out the form and submit the reservation. To access the calendar system and complete a reservation directly, click the link below.

UCLA study room reservation policies 

According to the UCLA Library webpage on Study and Instructional Space Reservation Policies, UCLA study room reservations can be made by any current undergraduate or graduate students, as well as faculty or staff, up to three days in advance. Bruins can reserve spaces up to three hours long with a limit of reservations once every 24 hours. A maximum of six hours per week can be reserved per individual. ASUCLA study lounges 

There are also study lounges in Associated Students UCLA (ASUCLA) Student Union buildings that are operated and rented by different organizations and clubs for students who need a place to focus and study on campus. Other available study spaces within ASUCLA buildings include areas within the UCLA Transfer Student Center and the UCLA Veteran Resource Center, with ASUCLA-operated locations including the Ackerman Union Open Study, the Kerckhoff Second Floor Study Lounge, the Louise Kerckhoff Study Lounge and the Bruin Reflection Space. ASUCLA open-study spaces 

ASUCLA also offers open-study spaces in unreserved meeting rooms in Ackerman Union to UCLA students, faculty and staff. To use the open-study spaces, check the schedule of each meeting room at the entrance of the room when planning to occupy a particular space. The open-study spaces are limited to Ackerman Union on the second and third floor between the hours of 8 a.m.-11 p.m. For more information and hours, click the link below.
