UCLA reservation

Find UCLA spaces that meet your gathering needs.

There’s a UCLA reservation for any occasion— at Associated Students UCLA (ASUCLA), there are plenty of event spaces and meeting rooms that accommodate a variety of gathering needs. Book a UCLA reservation with ASUCLA through the link below.

Small meetings

Ackerman meeting rooms: There are six rooms located on the second and third levels of Ackerman Union, and they can accommodate up to 14 or 20 people depending on which room is reserved. Smaller rooms come with a whiteboard for intimate planning meetings, while larger rooms have a projector screen or TV screen in addition to a whiteboard for group presentations.

Kerckhoff State Rooms: This room in Kerckhoff Hall can be reserved as one large room or divided into three smaller rooms, each of which seats about 16 people. This room is also equipped with a whiteboard for guest use.

Kerckhoff Board Rooms: There are two board rooms located in Kerckhoff Hall, which is the building adjacent to Ackerman Union. The smaller room is great for small groups of eight people or less, and it is equipped with a whiteboard and a TV screen. Larger groups can reserve the other Kerckhoff Board Room, a unique room with portraits hung on the walls, two chandeliers and a long table that seats up to 24 people.

Receptions

Kerckhoff Grand Salon: With stained glass windows, chandeliers and wood paneling, this space has Kerckhoff Hall’s antique elegance and adds an air of class to any event. Since it’s a relatively small space, Kerckhoff Grand Salon is best for intimate receptions of 150 people and under.

Bruin Reception Room: As the name suggests, this space is a great place to hold a reception. Located in Ackerman Union, this room has a large area to accommodate a large guest list of 220 people, and is equipped with screens big enough for all in the room to view. The reception room is Bruin-themed, with the UCLA crest detailed on the blue-and-gold wall as well as large pictures of iconic UCLA locations and history on display.

Ackerman Grand Ballroom: The largest UCLA reservation space at ASUCLA. This expansive space located on level three of Ackerman Union has plenty of space for table setups and a stage for hosts to address their attendees.

Conferences and Talks

Bruin Viewpoint Room: With two screens, a podium and space to seat an audience of 130, the Bruin Viewpoint Room is a great space to give a speech or presentation. Located on level three of Ackerman Union, guests have a wide view of Bruin Plaza out of the window, and the ceiling panels open up to a tower with windows letting in natural light.

Outdoor gatherings

Wescom Student Terrace: Make a reservation with ASUCLA for this large outdoor space overlooking Bruin Plaza. This space curves around the west side of Ackerman Union and comes with plenty of seating shaded under unique arches.

Kerckhoff Patio: A charming courtyard tucked into the side of Kerckhoff Hall, UCLA’s gorgeous gothic building. Being a smaller venue than Wescom Student Terrace, it’s better suited for receptions up to 200 people.
