UCLA LGBTQ Campus Resource Center

A resource for the LGBTQ community at UCLA  

The UCLA Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) Campus Resource Center (CRC) holds events, resources, counseling, advocacy and more for UCLA students and staff of all genders and sexual/romantic orientations, based on its about webpage. The UCLA LGBTQ Campus Resource Center also includes the David Bohnett Cyber Center and a library collection of informational resources. The UCLA LGBTQ Campus Resource Center offers many resources for the Bruin community including direct counseling and support, career resources, financial program resources, scholarships and grants, health resources and more. There are more specialized resources provided as well at the CRC, such as QTBIPOC resources for queer, trans, black, indigenous people of color (QTBIPOC) and undocuqueer resources for queer and trans undocumented students. One of the core values of the UCLA LGBTQ Campus Resource Center is community. They offer a space for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as alumni and staff to donate to the center, connect and remain involved in community fellowship and events. The UCLA LGBTQ Campus Resource Center provides education and advocacy opportunities for the Bruin community. This includes Allyship training to foster an inclusive atmosphere at UCLA, QTBIPOC Student Experiences Project for the qualitative needs of the community and the Student Advocacy Committee. The UCLA LGBTQ CRC also provides LGBTQ students with leadership opportunities from internships and retreats to outreach, found here. The UCLA LGBTQ CRC hosts particular LGBTQ community events for various milestones in the process of pursuing higher education, such as the Lavender Graduation, celebrating LGBTQ students for their academic achievements.
