UCLA Be Well Bruin outlines the many resources offered at and with UCLA that can best help you. One of the categories that could be most helpful right now is the Basic Needs set of resources. This includes any access to basic food, housing, care or transport needs from resources including emergency housing and Bruin shelter, the Community Programs Office grocery bundles and food closet, Title IX Office or UC Police Department contact information, as well as the UCLA Basic Needs Committee, to name a few.
Apart from the Basic Needs resources, Be Well Bruin also includes the following resources:
Physical resources on health and wellness (such as the UCLA Recreation Center, The Arthur Ashe Student Health & Wellness Center and more)
Academic resources on progress and academic success (such as where to find Academic Counseling, the Center for Accessible Education (CAE), Dashew Center and more)
Emotional resources on mental well-being (such as Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), Campus Assault Resources and Education (CARE) Program and much more)
Financial resources to help your financial knowledge as college students (such as Financial Aid & Scholarships consultations, Economic Crisis Response Team (ECRT) and much more)
Social resources for networking within the community (such as the Bruin Resource Center, Student Organizations Leadership & Engagement (SOLE) and more)

With the many resources provided, Be Well Bruin has created the Be Well Bruin Guide to help navigate the website and find support most suitable for you.
Under the “Guide” tab in the upper right corner of the website, Bruins can take a short, confidential and anonymous questionnaire. This tool will help you determine areas of wellness where you would like greater support and provide you with an associated list of resources. To try the guide, click the link below.
Remember, Bruins, your UCLA community is here for you. Whatever support you need, whether it’s for your well-being, academics or anything in between, Be Well Bruin is here to help you find the resources that fit you best.
