To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, all in-person events and meetings of any size are currently not permitted on the UCLA campus. ASUCLA Event Services has canceled reservations for the Fall Quarter and is not accepting any requests for events or meetings through January 4, 2021. The Student Union is currently closed to all non-essential business.
ASUCLA is busy planning for a safe return once LA County Public Health and UCLA Emergency Management Policy Group restrictions are lifted. ASUCLA Event Services encourages our programmers and planners looking to host in-person events and meetings in 2021 and beyond to reach out to our Event Management team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that any permitted activity, once restrictions are lifted, will need to be pre-approved and will have new policies and guidelines to follow.
The response to COVID-19 is a fluid situation and updates on the availability of our rental spaces will be provided as they become available. Please check Bruins Safe Onlineregularly for the latest Coronavirus updates at UCLA.
