DIGITAL ADVERTISING

We have eight digital screens located throughout Ackerman Union, Kerckhoff Hall and the Student Union Complexes across campus. We welcome advertisements from registered student groups, university departments, off campus clients, and marketing companies.

General Specifications

  • Each Digital Flyer will be displayed for approximately 10-15 seconds per rotation.

  • Rotation contains ~30 slides, thus space is limited and not guaranteed.

  • Digital Flyers for events held in Student Union facilities will be given priority.

Graphic Requirements

  • The screen resolution for a flyer is 1366px x 768px.

  • Accepted formats: .jpg, .png, .gif, or .swf (no audio)

Digital Flyers are due 1 week before the desired post date

  • If a flyer does not meet graphic requirements or our standards, slide posting by the requested date is not guaranteed.

      • Don’t forget to include preferred start and end date.

      • Digital Flyers requiring payment to display must be paid in full prior to posting.

    Please note that as our digital flyer program develops, we may make changes to these guidelines.

Registered Student Groups (including USA & GSA)

  • Events advertised must be open to the public.

    1. Group may post one flyer per Student Union event free of charge.

      • Flyer to be displayed the week immediately preceding the event (for seven consecutive days)

        1. Flyers announcing or advertising time sensitive events/ activities will be deleted at the end of the event, even if it runs for fewer than seven days

        2. If you would like the flyer to be posted for longer than one week, you may purchase additional time at the rates listed below.

      • Flyer posting is not guaranteed due to space limitations

    We also welcome non-Union event flyers at the rates below:

    • $6 per day

    • $30 per week

    • $125 per month (30 days)

University Departments

  • Departments may post one flyer per Student Union event free of charge.

  • Flyer to be displayed the day before and the day of the event.

  • If you would like the flyer to be posted for longer than these 2 days, you may purchase additional time at the rates listed below.

We also welcome non-Union event flyers at the rates below:

  • $12 per day

  • $75 per week

  • $250 per month (30 days)

Off-Campus Organizations

  • Off-Campus event clients with free-admission events in the UCLA Student Union may purchase digital flyer space at the rates below:

    • $25 per day

    • $150 per week

    • $500 per month (30 days)

    If there is an admission charge for an event in the Union, event held at another UCLA campus location or for targeted advertising, different rates will apply.  Please contact your event manager for details and creative approval.
