At your event details appointment with your event manager be prepared to discuss the details of your event (i.e. A/V needs, room layout, catering, merchandise and/or ticket sales, etc.), so your Event Manager/Reservationists can prepare:
Preliminary Diagram– How do you want the venue set up? Tables, chairs, etc.
