ASUCLA 2016-17 YEAR IN REVIEW • MISSION/VISION
The student-majority Board of Directors oversee ASUCLA’s Services and Enterprises including one of the last remaining independent campus bookstores. Our unique model brings value to campus in student leadership, student jobs, and student services. We’re proud of our role on campus and the student voice our Association represents.

Our student majority Board of Directors is unique among college campuses. Only at UCLA do students control oversight of a 65-million company. Each year new student members are appointed to the ASUCLA Board by the Undergraduate Student Association Council and the Graduate Student Association.

We envision our role as the center of campus collaboration, connection, and service to enrich the experience of the entire UCLA community.

As a responsive student-centered organization, we provide innovative and excellent services, programs, products, and facilities for the entire UCLA community.

We believe we have a responsibility to do what is right, not only for our business and our stakeholders (students), but also for the UCLA community. These core values reflect our guiding principles and are the foundation for our business model.
